My plan to distribute my vegan magazine is through on online website. Everyone nowadays uses the internet and it is a perfect way to target and distribute to a variety of ages. In addition, I will attach my social media pages to bring attention to them to gain publicity. The social medias I will have are Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Instagram. They are the most widely used social media pages all around the world. Not will will people in the USA can view my magazine, every different continent would, if they have access to internet. If not I will plan to mail and distribute my magazine through print, for those with no access of internet. Through the use of the website and social media, I can bring publicity through the magazine pages. but also to go to my app. The app will provide new articles, recipes, small clips of a full magazine. I will help me distribute not only through modern ways and "olden" ways.

The Vegan Life Magazine does not include icons of any social medias on the very start of their page, the top of their website also seems a bit boring since most of the colors used are black grey and white. The other magazines made it obvious that they had social media pages while this website kept their Email, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram at the very bottom, making it hard to find it. The same as the other magazines, the first things you see are the top news and a way to subscribe and an encouragement as you will save over 25% if you do it now. In addition the website allows you to read articles about Lifetyle, Recipes, News, and their store. As for free downloadable PDF's of the magazine, there are plenty. Unlike the other two magazines they provide magazines such as the Vegan Life April 2019, February 2020, and much more. This magazine has circulated around 225,000 magazines. The Vegetarian Times Magazine is very similar to the VegNews Magazine; they placed icons on the website that links you directly to their Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter pages. Unlike the other magazine these icons are not as noticeable as they are smaller and kind of placed over on the side. The other magazine had these icons big and dead in the center at the top of the page. The first thing you can see on this website is one of the top sponsored stories, as you read, the magazine will make money. In addition, the website does not make their subscription or a way to. join their magazine as obvious as the other magazine. It is placed in one area to the right side at the top of the page. Their website also allows you to access some of their articles that are about health and nutritions, vitamins, minerals and supplements, and what is popular now. On the VegNews Magazine website, they have icons for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. These icons instantly directs you to their social media page. As for in the background, there are easy and obvious ways on how and where you can subscribe to their digital magazine. In addition, this magazine does not have any apps, but on their site, they do come with small new articles about vegan topics and include: food and recipes, fashion/beauty, health/wellness, travel, and home/lifestyle. If you were to subscribe to their magazine, for a year the subscription cost for a print and digital package is 25 dollars and for 2 years the package would could 44 dollars. Many of their vegan recipes are available and printable online as for some of their top news stories. But unfortunately the magazine does not have any apps that would be accessible to any mobile device. By doing so and more VegNews circulates around 225000 magazines.

During revision, I was told my magazine looked a bit too much like a template. It is true because I utilized a newsletter template on an app called pages on my Macbook. I changed removed the subtitle on the side because it made the pages seem a bit too organized. So I removed the side bar on the first page and made the beginning picture, the biggest and the main image. Afterwards, I made all the text to be equal so it would fit all the way to the end of each page to make it more neat. After moving all the font up, I included a green gradient fill side to add more color to the pages, since it is mostly white. In addition I made the font much bigger to make the words on page 2, not as compact. I also made the font fit to the page to create a neater look and made the sidebar all centered.

For my table of contents, the problem was similar to the cover page; the text was hard and difficult to read due to background and its different colors. On word, I used the left over background that i decided to crop in the beginning to move the picture over a bit, so I can utilize the plain background. In addition, I also made the image bigger so the food would be the main focus and not be as distracted by the messy and clumped font. As there are some details in the background, I placed my three different subjects to be seen on top of the plain background, so it wouldn't collide with the font. I think it looks much better, clean, and organized. The font is much better and easier to read as the made it bigger and much bolder. As the for content title, I moved it up and made it bigger, this made more room for the three subtitles. Distribution is just the act of sharing an item or something among a differing number of recipients. Now in the 20th century, there are of course many different ways that a magazine company can distribute their product through out the world for their audiences. Compared to many years ago, magazines are distributed very differently than how they can be distributed out today. The traditional way to distribute was to do it through a physical copy of the magazine. Some examples would be by selling them on a stand on the streets of New York; by doing this, it will make the magazine easily accessible and someone can purchase it on their way to work or their way home. With just the price of a few dollars that you can insert into the machine, meaning no human interaction either, it makes it cheap and accessible. The background of the title page is obviously dark and has differing lighting. This made it very difficult to make the text visible in every area. I decided to make all the fonts larger and I changed the Subtitle fonts because it was a bit to thin and even making the font large still made it hard to be able to see it against the differing background. To work out the font, I used a much more bold font and positioned them where it would be located in the shade so the light would not affect the white colored font. I made no changes in the background photo, I did not lightened it since it would affect the white font and I did not want to darken it because affect the color's of the photo and would not be vibrant. I still decided to edit this page on Lucid Press which is an online website for Macbooks that act as a publisher.

Based on my research, other magazines that are closely related to my Eating For Wellness Magazine, I have concluded the marketing method for the magazine. One way this magazine will be advertised, is through billboards. Since my audience will be in America, the articles and top stories will be advertised through different cities and states throughout America. This will help raise and promote the magazine business, additionally it will allow everyone to know the magazine, rather than in one area. Since many use highways, from old to young, male and female, it will help widen my audience. To start the business, i would send out around 100 free magazines at first, so people can read it, without having to buy it, once they find interest in it, this can help start build up loyal customers, which friends and family will be told, spreading publicity.
